David was born and raised in Moultrie, Georgia.  He was admitted to the bar in 1995 and is a member of the Georgia Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Georgia.  David attended undergraduate and law schools at the University of Georgia (A.B. , 1991, J.D., 1995).  He is currently serving as municipal judge in Moultrie.
